Global Energy Storage (GES) has closed its transaction to acquire part of the Stargate Terminal from Guvnor Group in Europoort, Port of Rotterdam. The independent energy storage company signed a binding agreement for the purchase in November 2021 and agreed to develop more than 20 hectares at the heart of the port.
